Welcome to our intro to Kings!
In this 4-hour workshop, Brisbane’s mulleted, muscled hottie, Zelphia Mann will take you through a soul satisfying Saturday morning as you discover your very own King!
You will learn a brief but very important history on drag kings, discuss creating a persona, then onto a make-up lesson.
The second half of the morning will be teaching your King to move with royal rizz. Mr Mann will take the group through a short, choreographed number before letting you loose on the stage to perform in front of thousands of your adoring fans* (*fans not included).
NOTE: you do not need any prior experience in being a king, singing, dancing or makeup! This is for you to come and have fun with like-minded folx from the LGBTIQA+ community and its allies. This workshop is inclusive for all abilities, will be ridiculously fun, and you will come away feeling the glow that only drag can give.
