The iconic Rubber Duck, a large-scale public artwork by internationally acclaimed Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman, arrives at Melt Festival for its new pink edition.
A global phenomenon, Rubber Duck has captivated millions of people around the world, with hundreds of thousands gathering to experience the artwork in cities including Sydney, Hong Kong, Seoul, Osaka, Amsterdam and São Paulo.
Friendly, familiar and universally recognisable, Rubber Duck knows no borders. Soft, playful and welcoming, it has a remarkable ability to dissolve tension and bring people together through moments of shared curiosity, delight and joy.
