friction
There is no queer liberation without collective liberation. Friction is the catalyst for social growth.
This event encompasses an art exhibition, panel discussion, and music performances. We ground queerness in Indigenous Knowledges from around the world, centring First Nations peoples to these lands, alongside people of colour displaced by settler-colonial systems. Through visual art, discourse, and music, we delve into this discomfort as a means for individual and collective growth.
