Located at 23 Glenelg St, South Brisbane – VENTspace provides Meanjin with a unique inner-city event space for emerging and established artists to connect and celebrate with audiences. Featuring an authentic industrial aesthetic, our venue can cater to various capacities and purposes.

The VENTspace venue is available for function and event hire any day of the week, 10am-12am. During events there is a fully licensed bar onsite that is operated by the VENTspace staff and serves cocktails, wines, seltzers, spirits and Young Henry’s beers & ciders.

The Venue has a PA system (with mics and subwoofer), stage options, over 50 chairs and dynamic RGB lighting options. This equipment is perfect for DJ nights, birthday parties, exhibitions, theatre shows, screenings, and some live music performances.
